Bargain Shopping
I have been working on items for Operation Christmas Child boxes. Recently I stopped at Value Village and I always have to look and see if they have any new fabric. I found a pretty piece of fabric for making scarves and with my senior discount it was only $3.20. I cut the length of the scarves lengthwise on the fabric and was able to make 12 scarves for my $3.20. Once cut I just put a rolled hem around them and they were done!!
