Benin
Recently, Rebecca returned from Benin where she handed out dresses!! Benin is on the western Africa with a population of 9.05 million people. Benin has a literacy rate of 34.7%, with a female literacy rate of 23.3%. So only 23.3% of the total population of females above the age of 15 can read and write which falls far below average in Africa today.
