Here is the tool I bought at the Sewing Expo to make the bottom edge.
Just trace the edge onto the fabric and then sew on your line and cut and turn.
I also finished two other dresses!!
It was a wonderful day!!

Love the scalloped hem! I found the ruler online and see they also offer a pusher. Do you recommend buying a pusher or can we achieve beautiful scalloped edges without one. Thanks so much for all the new and cute ideas!
I do use the paddle that came with it to press the scallop...
Beautiful dresses! Your comment about laundry made me smile--our new home has a large laundry room that I have also made into my sewing room. My sewing time is when I do laundry.
