In Memory Of...

When I was in college I was in a Sorority... Alpha Delta Chi.  The first event I went to before I joined was at the home of Kathy.  She was so sweet... I always remember her smiling!  Last October we lost this special lady to a long illness.  She touched many people in her life.  While she was fighting this illness she was still thinking of little girls in need and she sewed dresses for Dress A Girl Around the World.

Here are the dresses Kathy sewed...

In the box with Kathy's dresses, there was fabric, bias tape and rick rack.
I used some of that fabric to make a dress in Kathy's memory

With Love

  3. Kathy and I packed that box together a few weeks before she passed away. I remember how she had set Wednesdays aside to work on these dresses. It was very important to her.I love the dress you made in Kathy's memory. Thank you for everything Susanne.
